Hannah Long Beal
Hannah is a native of Knoxville where she resides with her husband, David. She excelled in her art studies during her school years and won several awards. Village Fine Art began selling her work shortly after her graduation from high school, and it has been purchased for collections in Michigan, California, and North Carolina as well as East Tennessee.
Hannah has an artistic legacy on both sides of her family. While still in high school, she traveled with family members to Greece, Crete, and England, as well as many locations in the United States -- always sketching, photographing, and touring the art museums wherever she went.
The explosion of color in Hannah's unique style of oil painting finds expression in large floral and still life work. However, she paints a wide variety of subjects, including figures, dancers, gardens, and architectural details from her travel photos. She hopes anyone who appreciates her art will share with her the joy of creation and will always find something new and cheerful in her colors and subjects! Her work certainly adds charm and excitement to our collections at Village Fine Art Gallery.
